Ingredients
1 kg ground pork
½ cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 teaspoons fine salt
1 tablespoon hot sauce
8 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp breadcrumbs cooking oil, as needed plastic wrap
Instructions
Mix everything by hand in a large bowl.
Form into thin logs of 50 grams each and wrap with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate.
