Easy Pinoy Mango Salad Recipe



INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 green mango, peeled and diced

  • 1 large onion, diced

  • 1 large tomato, diced

  • Bagoong (shrimp paste)

  • Spring onions to garnish, chopped

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together. The amount of Bagoong depends on your preferred taste.

  2. Garnish with Spring onions (optional). Serves 2-3 people. Enjoy!
