Easy Corned Beef Fried Rice Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 cups leftover white rice

  • 1 cup canned corned beef

  • 1 raw egg, beaten

  • 1 tsp garlic, minced

  • Dash of salt

  • 3 tbsp cooking oil

  • 3 eggs, cooked sunny side up (for optional topping)

HOW TO COOK:
  1. In a wide pan, pour- in the cooking oil and heat.

  2. When the oil is hot enough, add- in the raw beaten egg.

  3. Cook one side for 1 minute in medium heat.

  4. Turn the egg over and cook the other side for another minute.

  5. Remove the egg and set aside on a clean plate (reserve oil in pan).

  6. In the same pan, brown the minced garlic.

  7. Add- in the corned beef and cook for 2 minutes.

  8. Add- in the rice and stir- fry for 5 minutes.

  9. Add- in the cooked egg and manually break into smaller pieces while cooking.

  10. Add a dash of salt and then continue to stir- fry for more 2 minutes.

  11. Remove from heat and transfer to plates.

  12. Top the fried tice with the sunny side up eggs. Enjoy!
