Easy Pork Tapa Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs of pork meat (semi-fatty)
5 tbsp white vinegar
5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
HOW TO COOK:
Start by slicing the pork thinly.
In a bowl, put and mix the rest of the ingredients.
Add- in the pork and soak/ marinate in the mixture overnight.
Dry out in a warm oven or out in the sun.
Heat cooking oil and fry the pork in a pan.
Serve with boiled white rice. Enjoy!
