Tanglad Iced Tea Recipe


Ingredients:

3 stalks lemongrass, white part only

1 thumb-sized ginger, sliced

6 cups water

1/3 cup palm sugar

1/3 cup milk (optional)

4 teabags

Crushed ice

Cooking Instructions:

In a pot, heat water and teabags. Add the lemongrass, ginger and palm sugar.

Simmer for 8-10 minutes.

Cool and pour into glasses. Add ice and milk if desired. Garnish with lemongrass as stirrer.
